The hotel itself was pretty and had a bazaar. The beach was great with good service and activities. The room cleaning service was nice and courteous.

Big area, big swimming pool
The guy at the reception was rude and didn't let the ordered by me car to pick me up from the hotel entry. I was pushed to walk with my luggage 1 km to the resort exit! Also, at my arriving the guy who brought me to the room wanted more money!

Stay there and enjoy your Hurghada vacation. Sincerely, it was a great stay. Manzoku asian restaurant is just walking distance from the hotel. You can also go to club azur resort on foot in just 5 minutes.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The beach was great, and we enjoyed the service and activities they offered. Additionally, the person who cleaned our room was very nice and provided excellent service. The hotel itself looked beautiful, and there was a bazaar nearby where we could buy necessities. the location was perfect, right on the beach and in close proximity to various restaurants. The breakfast was also delicious, and the staff were friendly and attentive.

This hotel exceeded our expectations with its luxurious amenities. the Spa & wellness centre provided a peaceful oasis with a sauna and indoor swimming pool. the outdoor swimming pool was spacious, with plenty of sun loungers and beach umbrellas. the garden area was well-maintained, providing a calm and serene environment.
The only minor issue we encountered was that the poolside snack bar didn't serve the best quality coffee. this was a minor issue, and the excellent service provided by the staff made up for this.

the coral reefs right off the shore made for excellent snorkeling and the clear blue water was breathtaking. We also enjoyed the delicious food served at the buffet restaurant, with plenty of options for all tastes. the location of the hotel was great, with easy access to nearby shops and activities.
The cleanliness of the rooms left something to be desired. We found some issues with the bathroom and the towels were not always changed regularly.

Spent xmas with the family and there were plenty of activities for everyone to enjoy. The beach was superb with powdery white sand that extended for miles and the water park was a hit with the kids. The poolside bar was in a prime location and had the most amazing drinks.
The air conditioning in the common areas could have been better, it was uncomfortably hot at times. The variety in the buffet could be improved, especially the fruits and vegetables, and the chicken wasn't cooked to my liking.
